Vacancies

We are looking for an experienced telemarketer who has worked in projects involving exhibitions stands, signages, mall branding, retail clients and event set ups.

Telemarketer should have good communication skills to coordinate between clients and internal team. Problem-solving skills and networking mindset to be able to work well on projects and hold good client relations.

The main responsibility of the telemarketer is to reach out to new clients, bring in new inquiries, send quotes and confirm job. Actual project will be handled by our account managers. Telemarketer should be experienced in finding new leads through different channels such as LinkedIn, Yellow Pages, network, etc.

Expected business to bring in is 100,000 per month in sales.

Qualifications

● Minimum Education: College or diploma.
● Specific skills: Excel, email, PPT, knowledgeable about client management, networking, problem solving, basic production knowledge, retail displays, exhibitions, fixtures, events, signages.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in telemarketing for business development at advertising firm or similar industry.

Timings & Salary

Timings: 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Saturday
Salary: 4,000 – 5,000 AED Base salary + Commission 2% (depending on performance and monthly sale)

We are looking for a bright and ambitious university/college leaver to join us as a Trainee Business Development Executive. You’ll train under our experienced Business Development Manager and learn the basics of client acquisition. Your role will involve writing persuasive pitch emails, generating high-quality leads, making introductory calls, and attending meetings to showcase our services and win new clients. Qualifications

Experience:

This is an entry-level job and prior full-time work experience is not necessary. Relevant work experience in a client facing or servicing position will be a bonus to your ability.

Looking for an experienced business development manager / account manager who has their own established clientele. BDM must have worked on different retail window displays, exhibitions stands and signages.

Account Manager should have good communication skills to coordinate between clients and internal production department, designers and sales manager. Problem-solving skills and networking mindset to be able to work well on projects and hold good client relations.

Minimum amount of sales to bring from BDM’s own existing clients is AED 50,000/-.

An efficient account manage in this position will be able to rely on the help of other support staff in making quotations and conducting site visits if necessary; the core responsibility of this account manager is to bring a steady stream of regular business from new clients.

Minimum of 4-5 years in business development and account management at an advertising firm.

Timings & Salary

Timings: 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Saturday

Salary: 4,000 AED Base salary + Commission 5% (negotiable, depending on experience); this will amount to 6,500 – 10,000 AED.

Responsibilities and Duties

• BDM should bring a minimum of 50,000 in sales from starting month.
• Should be able to develop more clients, approach new companies and generate high quality leads.
• Responding to all client inquiries. Follow up with estimator to get cost, create and send quotation to client, follow up for LPO and related client meetings. Discuss project with manager and production team, continuous follow up and quality check on project from LPO to delivery. Closing job with invoice to client.
• Account manager should be able to maintain good client relations such as responding to emails on time, be available for client meetings and manage client expectations.
• Coordination with production department to make sure project details are correctly communicated and followed. Checking with production to make sure correct instructions followed and quality checks maintained.
• Problem solving mindset to help clients find practical solutions for new projects as well as working with production to find best way to manage client expectations.
• Basic knowledge of design and production elements to be able to communicate clearly with all project aspects including client, estimator, production dept., designers.
• Fair and sincere reporting to sales manager about ongoing jobs and client status.
