As a long-time supplier for Barbie (Mattel EMEA, represented by Al Shula in the UAE), Stream was selected to create the setup for Barbie’s participation in Arab Fashion Week 2021. Barbie was named the 2021 Fashion Icon Award winner at Arab Fashion Week and needed an entrance that matched the occasion.

For the event, Barbie wanted to showcase some of its most iconic looks throughout the decades along the entrance, while also creating eye-catching photo opportunities for its guests. The challenge was to ensure that all displays were self-supporting without causing any damage to the venue. This meant erecting tall, freestanding walls without back support, installing ceiling lights without drilling, and creating two additional indoor photo walls with neon LED signage, again without any back support.

But Stream, as always, rose to the challenge. After extensive brainstorming and trial and error, the results were as impressive as expected—they never disappoint.
